Operation: Change Discipleship/Evangelism Classes are offered to all Altar Workers who serve to be a Counselor at Power 2 Change Crusades Events. These Trainings are held at involved churches in every area or location of churches that are involved in the P2C Crusades Evangelistic Event. Pastor Jim Daugherty has produced training videos and training curriculum that can be easily printed at your local church office and given to those taking classes if your church is a host training site.

At the conclusion of every Power 2 Change Crusade, Evangelist Jim Daugherty requests the audience to respond to the gospel message by inviting them to come forward to the platform. After a person comes forward and prays the prayer to receive Christ, the following three steps take place:
Step One:
They meet with a trained Operation Change Follow-
Up Counselor, who will…
— Pray with them.
— Give them a Bible to take home with them.
— Encourage them to…

– Read the Bible
– Get involved in a Bible teaching local church
– Witness and Share Christ with other’s
– Be Baptized
Step Two:
The Counselor documents the individual’s decision
to follow Christ. The information is then given to our follow-up office administration and then emailed to a local church representative.
Step Three:
Within 48 hours of the Crusade, local churches should mail letters and make phone calls to the people they are following up on. To ensure the success of Step 1-2
